REACH, a pioneer in human resource development, has taken the lead in strengthening teacher capacity through its latest collaboration with the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO). As part of SRSO’s Continuous Professional Development Program, REACH successfully designed and delivered a high-impact, two-day training program on March 13-14, 2025, in Khairpur and Sukkur.
With its expertise in modern pedagogy, REACH trained 50 teachers across two cohorts, focusing on innovative teaching strategies for English, Math, Science, and Social Studies. A key highlight was the integration of AI tools for lesson planning and assessment development, ensuring educators are equipped with future-ready skills.
Through its dynamic and efficient training model, REACH continues to drive meaningful change in classrooms, empowering educators to elevate learning outcomes in EMO Schools.
