Reach Achievements

The core team of REACH has worked on various national and international projects including;

• Education Management Organization -EMO Project in the capacity of Independent Experts
and education consultants.
• Worked in district Swat, KP, for girls’ education in terms of accessibility, retention, teachers’ and
students’ capacity building for Multi-Grade Teaching and Activity-Based Learning, and
community-based advocacy campaigns for the enrollment of 500 girls in selected 52
government girls’ primary schools in five UCs (Bahrain, Bashigram, Balakot, Mankiyal, and
Kalam) of Swat.
• Badal Do! Project for the formation of an inclusive society through the capacity building of
teachers and students of public and private schools for their intra-personal and inter-personal
skills development.
• Non-formal Education in the model of Child-to-Child learning approaches with British Asian
Trust
• Technical backstopping of PITE for the continuous professional development of teachers of
Balochistan
• Gender Equity through the Sindh Education Sector Plan (SESP) 2013-18
• Work with ENGRO Foundation for Adult Literacy-Women, and Reading Skills Development in
ECE to primary levels in district Ghotki, Sindh
• Refurbishing APWA by departmentalizing its work, developing policies, and ways of raising
endowment funds, developing marketing frameworks, etc.
• Demand analysis for tourism in Balochistan
• PPAF-III Education Project, Management of 40 schools in Khairpur, Dadu, Jamshoro and
coastal belt of Karachi, PPAF-World Bank
• SEF Karachi Coastal Area Schools Project – IELP, Management of 37 schools in coastal belt of
Karachi (under PPP), Sindh Education Foundation
• Sojhro Schools System, Running 16 community based schools in Khairpur, Development and
Literacy DIL
